Do you have questions? Most people do! Below you will find the answers to some of the more common questions we are asked. If your question is not listed here, then please contact us to check.

Can you walk into the City Centre?

Yes, it is just 200m away.

Do you have Free WiFi & Foxtel?

Yes, we do offer FREE WiFi but we do not have Free Foxtel, but we have over 600 DVD's as well as our own movie channel.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

No, but we have a variety restaurants all within walking distance. We also offer cooked or continental breakfasts delivered to you room.

What is the latest I can check in?

Check in time is from 12 Midday. If checking in after 9.30 pm, you will need to contact reception on 03 5721 6388 to make arrangements. Conditions apply.

What is the latest time I can check out?

Check out is at 10 am. If you wish to stay later than 10:00 am, once again you need to make arrangements with reception when you check in. Conditions apply.

Can we have pet's in the room?

NO it is against Health Regulations to have any animals in the Motel rooms. If it found that pets have been taken into rooms a fee of $250.00 will be charged for extra cleaning.

Can I order takeout to be delivered?

Yes, many of the restaurants deliver.

Can I smoke in the rooms?

No. If smoking is detected in the rooms, a $250 fee will be charged to your credit card.

Do the rooms come with bedding?

Yes, all sheets, blankets, and towels are provided.

We are riding the Rail Trail - are we able to leave our car here until we return?

Yes of course that is ok. Your car will be safe here in our car park until you return.

Do you provide porta cots?

Yes we do, along with bedding to fit.

Do you have mini bar?

Yes we do, as well as an array of snacks and beverages available at reception.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, and it is very refreshing!

Do you have a BBQ for guest use?

Yes. We have two BBQs. Utensils, plates and cutlery are provided free of charge.

Do you have hairdryers?

Yes, in every room

Do you have microwaves?

Yes, in every room

Do you have a charge back arrangement with local restaurants in town?

Yes, with most of them. You can ask about a specific one if required.

Do you have security cameras?

Yes, security cameras cover the courtyard and the car park.

Can I pay with Cash at check out?

Yes, you can pay with cash, but a valid credit card is still required at the time of booking.

Do you send out booking confirmations?

Yes you need to provide your e-mail address at the time of booking.

Do you provide luggage storage?

Yes you can leave your luggage here till you need to collect it.
